Sales Policy
PAYMENT
Payment may be cash (exact change please, we do not carry change), ATM/Credit card, Paypal, Venmo, or money order-NO CHECKS!! . We do not hold rabbits without a non refundable deposit, no exceptions. All rabbits must have a non refundable 50% deposit to be placed on hold, and can only be held for up to 7 days, after which a boarding fee of $5 a day will apply, unless rabbit is not old enough to go home after 7 days. All sales are final but we will take back bunny at any time in future if you cannot keep, no money will be refunded
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Bunnies must be picked up from our farm in Snohomish, WA. Sometimes we are able to meet closer if you live far but there will be extra fees for that. I can ship also to any US state, please inquire if interested in shipping which starts at $500 for up to 2 babies in same kennel plus cost of rabbit and vet fees
QUALITY
Show quality means the rabbit has no DQ's and shows potential to be a show animal. We cannot guarantee a rabbit will win or even place, especially with the tough competition in the Northwest. Show quality rabbits will still have faults to some degree, as no rabbit is perfect in every attribute.
Brood quality means the rabbit has strengths that could help in a breeding program but the rabbit will not place well in shows, is overweight or has mismatched nails. We cannot guarantee a rabbit bought for breeding will produce offspring, money will not be refunded if they fail to produce.
Pet quality means the rabbit should not be used in a breeding program but has the temperament to be an excellent pet. We do NOT sell pets that have shown any aggressive behavior here. No pedigrees are given on pet rabbits, no exceptions. Pets come with starter food, care sheet and nails trimmed.
GUARANTEES
Dragonfly Farm guarantees the health of any rabbit that leaves our farm for up to 72 hrs after the rabbit has left our property. If for some reason the rabbit becomes sick during this time and it is not due to stress from the adjustment time, being over fed, over handled, mistreated, extreme temperatures or suffered an injury caused by other pets, children or has been fed something not recommended in a rabbit's diet, then we will do our best to get you an equal replacement rabbit as soon as one is available as long as you have proof from a vet it was sick when purchased. It will be your responsibility to travel to pick up replacement. Any fees are at the buyer's expense. Please notify us within 24 hrs if a rabbit becomes ill or shows signs of being sick, not after the rabbit has died. We do not guarantee rabbits that have been transported through a 3rd party
If you are allergic to bunny or hay we will take bunny back but cannot refund you, you may place bunny in new home if you would like but please ask us first as we may have a home that would be perfect.
Teeth: We guarantee at time of sale, the rabbit will not have any form of malocclusion (mis aligned teeth)
Toenails: On a show quality rabbit, we guarantee at time of sale, the rabbit has no white toenails on a solid rabbit. Broken, torn or bruised toenails often come back in white, so we cannot guarantee toenails beyond time of sale. Please check at time of purchase if you are concerned, we do not guarantee toenail color on a brood quality rabbit.
Ear carriage, stray white hairs, weight and fertility are not guaranteed. We are honest at time of sale about all of these things, but they can change with maturity/age and handling or environment.
Behavior: We do not guarantee behavior on any animal we sell. Temperament will be noted as time of sale, but environment and handling play a huge part in a rabbit's behavior. Our line is known for having a great temperament, but should you be looking for a pet for a child, it is best to spay and neuter your bunny for the best behavior.
You can request to be on my waiting list in order to receive an e-mail to let you know when I have the color/sex rabbit you are looking for.
I care for my rabbits welfare and because of this I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone, at any time, especially if I have concerns over how another will care for my bunnies. I also will check up on the bunnies purchased from me periodically(via e-mail) to see how they are doing as I always think about ones I have sold and I love them all. If you are not ok with this, then you will not be allowed to purchase from me.
All sales are final but in the future if you ever do not want one you have purchased from me I will gladly take it back from you if I have room for it
